Terms & Conditions for Aayo

Welcome to Aayo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Aayo platform, including our mobile applications, website, ride-sharing, and quick commerce services (collectively, the “Aayo Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aayo Platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Aayo Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify Aayo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services

Aayo provides ride-sharing, delivery, and quick commerce services. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change. We do not guarantee the availability, speed, or quality of services at all times.

A. Ride-Sharing

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and applicable fees.
• You must follow driver instructions and safety guidelines.
• Riders and drivers agree to treat each other respectfully and comply with local laws.

B. Quick Commerce / Delivery

• Products may vary based on vendor availability.
• Aayo may substitute items only if permitted or requested.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational delays.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• Fares, delivery charges, and taxes are your responsibility.
• Refunds are subject to Aayo’s refund policies and verification procedures.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harass or harm other users
• Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or violates laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Aayo Platform are the property of Aayo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aayo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss, injury, or delays. Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Termination

Aayo may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable courts in Nepal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
